Apartments available at Adara include studio, one-, two-, three, and four bedroom apartments in Phoenix, AZ, and co-living options.
Are apartments at Adara furnished?
Only our co-living apartments at Adara come furnished. All other apartment homes are unfurnished. If you are interested in furnishing an unfurnished apartment, we do partner with CORT to offer convenient furniture rental solutions. Our leasing team is always happy to help you explore the best option for your needs before you tour or apply.
What is the square footage of Adara apartments?
Floor plans at our Phoenix apartments range from intimate studios to 4-bedroom apartments. Exact square footage varies by unit, so please refer to the floor plans listed below or contact our on-site team for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Adara is pet-friendly! Please refer to our Pet Policy for more information regarding pet rent, refundable pet deposits, and breed restrictions.
Is there storage?
Yes, all of our units come with spacious cabinets, large closets, and additional storage spaces. However, we do not have rentable storage spaces on-site.
What amenities are included?
Adara has a host of amenities for you to enjoy, such as a resort-style pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, game and entertainment lounges, business center, gated access, and bike storage.
What is the Roosevelt Row neighborhood like?
Roosevelt Row is an arts district in Downtown Phoenix. This vibrant community is known for local art galleries, independent coffee shops and restaurants, and colorful murals. Our neighborhood has a strong cultural pulse and welcomes new neighbors.
What grocery stores and shopping options are nearby?
Yes! Supermarkets including Fry's and Safeway are just blocks away. Nearby local grocery vendors including Milk and Honey Food Market, Neighbor Market, and Los Altos Ranch Market, which sell speciality groceries and locally produced items.
What is transportation like in the neighborhood?
Adara is just minutes away from multiple bus lines and the Valley Metro light rail. This access provides convenient connections to Downtown Phoenix, ASU, and nearby neighborhoods. Our neighborhood is situated in one of Phoenix's most commutable neighborhoods, with accessible sidewalks and routes nearby. Cyclists will appreciate nearby bike lanes.
What is co-living?
Co-living at Adara means you’ll have your own private bedroom in a three- or four-bedroom apartment while sharing the common spaces with your roommates. You’re welcome to bring your own roommates if we have availability, or come on your own and or come on your own, and our team will help arrange a suitable roommate match.
Is parking included?
Adara offers its own parking garage; however, parking is separate from the base rent. Please review our Community Fee Guide for details on all additional fees associated with living at Adara.
Does Adara have 2 addresses?
Yes! Adara has two buildings, our North and South Buildings, each with its own address. The Leasing Office is located in the South Building at 888 N 4th St, while the North Building is located at 333 E Roosevelt St.
Is internet provided?
Yes, Adara provides wired internet in every home through WhiteSky and costs are included in the Community Fee. If you prefer a different Wi-Fi provider, you’re welcome to use one; however, they will not be able to install additional wiring inside the apartment.
